Personally I’m very thrilled to let you know that it was a great honour to officially work together with the organization of the Master Classics Of Poker this year. The event was a great success and I can’t wait till next year to see the poker fireworks in Amsterdam again. Now After the MCOP I am focussing again on the FIPDA and we are proud to announce that we currently work with different governments on their requests and as you can read below, we are very busy with the International Poker Rules as well and to top it off we will launch a brand new board game alongside. After all, it’s all in the interest of the evolution of global poker!

Over the years many players and tournament directors told me, after having contact with the FIDPA, that it is great to standardise the poker rules and making them fair and consistent for everybody. They all say: “Oh my god. Events that are well organised, professionally and are fun to play in are great. Security, integrity and quality at the same time is just wow!”

FIDPA strives and promote a solid player package that is secured by the will, commitment and with the heart and soul of the poker players itself . Well, now finally we have the board game alongside to help the starting players in the most easiest way, during the game at home to understand it much better as all they need to know is inside ;)

With Pierre Neuville it is clear and transparent. He’s in love with poker and the board game we are producing right now will show this to every household in the world. We will use the game alongside the FIDPA Endorsed Events and you can order your customized board game as soon as we are ready with our website. The board game will soon be available in a store near you.

With FIDPA it is and will always be a lot of work. We fight all the persons or entities with the wrong mind-set, the ones who are only thinking to make money and see poker as a business only. Yes, It’s draining energy to do that and gain territory with these persons or institutions (even Casino’s card rooms) and countries but it gives us great satisfaction to do this beautiful work and we love the progress.

FIDPA thinks there is more in life than just money. FIDPA is making progress instead of money but we are proud to let you all know that all the work is done without any financial support. FIDPA rather would like to see the game get the credibility it should get and that poker players get a reputation that is something to be proud of, instead of being penny wise and forgetting the bigger picture. Over the years, The International Poker Rules were being questioned and criticised by many tournament directors around the world (with exception of The Bellagio in Las Vegas). So I would like to thank you all for you sharpness and the support you gave us that have led to get an award in 2008. Without your help and support, FIPDA would never have this as a final outcome and don’t forget that the total package is free for everybody. You can find our Poker Rules on the website. 

Please ask yourself this: 
Why would you still play in a poker event with bad rules based on restricted knowledge that ruins your fun?

It just doesn’t make sense to us. For those who still aren’t using The International Poker Rules, please do so now. Please run your events with the international standards. Its free so don’t hesitate to use it! It’s just a bit more homework but eventually you give the players what they expect and deserve. We promise you that your events will be promoted to international events.

I know what is good

I am a poker player and I know what pokerplayers wants these days.

I have listed their demands as the #1 issue to look after, especially with live events. That’s why FIDPA only works with the best players and entities in the business.

We would like to thank everybody that have and still are supporting us in making progress as we have done and are still doing now.
